Purpose
- For construction of Shop/Godown/Show Room/ factory business/shed on own land
- For purchase of ready built Shop/Godown/Show Room
- To take over existing loan (regular a/c) availed for such purpose from another
Who are eligible

Who are eligible
Individuals/firms, engaged in gainful Business/ Service sector/Industrial activity in the area of operation of the Bank.
Loan Amount
Eligible Loan amount will be calculated according to the project, subject to the repayment capacity of the borrower, based on the income.
